Dr. David Wiley

Dr. David Wiley is a Professor of Health Education at Texas State University in San Marcos and founder of the Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy (established 2008, now part of Healthy Futures of Texas). He authored the influential Texas Freedom Network reports 'Just Say Don't Know' (2009) and 'Conspiracy of Silence' (2016) examining sex education in Texas public schools, and has presented over 150 keynote addresses across the United States.
