This hands-on workshop covers decorated cookie technique. You'll work with royal icing and practice piping and flooding methods. Materials are provided.

Nicki Cooley

Nicki Cooley is a self-taught baker and decorator who founded Sweets on a Stick, a Frisco specialty bakery that operated from 2012 to 2024, and personally taught decorating classes for years.
